A Venue for holistic therapy courses

Our new wellness centre (Acquadabra) is perfectly suitable for carrying out seminars and residential courses for a wide range of holistic therapies. Sasseta Alta has already successfully held a number of courses including, watsu, mother and baby water activities, shiatsu, and yoga .

Acquacadabra is equipped with:
• A large 60 square meters pool heated at body temperature (35° – 36°), 115-125 cm deep, in natural stone with an outlook onto the Tuscan hills. The water is treated with ozone, ultra-violet light and the minimum percentage of chlorine that is required by law;
• A large multipurpose 130 square metres room floored in wood, fitted out with mats, cushions and blankets for bodywork, stretching, yoga and meditation;
• A massage room;
• A very large wood and grass terrace for open air activities and events.
